I fixed a Burgeon Prototype today.
Even if a “better” method by using hand sanding, there is no way to keep the sanding perfectly square or even. Tooling should be so that the bearing seat needs to be a hair bigger in the next prototype for easier bearing removal/change. Still – looking good!!
I agree. Shawn from one drop told me how to adjust the bearing seat so that it’ll fit right moving forward. The new prototype should be ready soon and we’ll know then 🙂
